International Journal of Architecture and Urbanism

International Journal of Achitecture and Urbanism is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles related to Architectural Theory and Criticism, Building Technology, Development Studies, Economic Growth and Development, Heritage and Built Environment, Human and Society Organization and Management, Physical Environment, Quality of Life, Spatial Change and Geographic Information Technologies, Sustainable Built Environment, Town Planning, and Urban Design.

We welcome original research papers from national and international authors. There are no submission fees. An Article Processing Charge (APC) applies only to manuscripts accepted for publication. Further information regarding publication fees is available in the Author Fees section. Accepted manuscripts will be reviewed by independent national or international reviewers who are experienced in their fields.

International Journal of Architecture and Urbanism is published thrice a year, in March, August and November, by Architecture Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Medan-Indonesia. Each publication contains 11 (eleven) research articles which will be published online. These articles are indexed by Indonesian Publication Index (Garuda Portal),SINTA 3 and Google Scholar. International Journal of Architecture and Urbanism strives to be a means of periodic, accredited, national scientific publications or reputable international publications through printed and online publications.
